Olvi Group

Olvi Group’s parent company is Olvi plc. The Olvi brewery is located in Iisalmi, Finland. Olvi has subsidiaries in Bosnia and Hertsegovina, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden and Belarus. Olvi Group owns The Helsinki Distilling Company and drink import company Servaali Oy.

The parent company Olvi plc holds 100 percent of the Estonian brewery AS A. Le Coq, 99.88 percent of the Latvian brewery A/S Cesu Alus, 99.66 percent of the Lithuanian brewery Volfas Engelman, 100 percent of the Danish Bryggeriet Vestfyen and 96.36 percent of the Belarusian brewery Lidskoe Pivo. Olvi plc holds 100 percent of Servaali Oy which is a leading import, sales and marketing organization for premium beverages in Finland and 100 per cent of The Helsinki Distilling Company.

In 2025, Olvi announced the acquisition of the Latvian beer and beverage producer Valmiermuižas alus and Banjalučka Pivara, the largest brewery in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Olvi Group’s ownership stake in both companies is 100%. In addition, in 2025 Olvi acquired a 51% majority stake in Brewery International, a well-known beverage import and distribution group operating in Norway and Sweden.

In 2025, Olvi also announced its intention to acquire Värska Originaal AS, Estonia’s leading mineral water producer. The transaction is still subject to approval by the local competition authority.
